What does a research paper look like?
Students who are enrolled in an AP biology class have the opportunity to put on a "scientist's hat" and further grow their knowledge of science in an applicable setting.
After completing the experiments comes the harder part: the time to gather and synthesize all the information and artifacts generated during the experiments and show-case them in a publication. To help young scientists with this part, I have included two of my publications below from two different reputed journals. High school research papers may not be as elaborate, but this will familiarize a student with what a research paper looks like and help with formulating the thought process.
